Building on metrics and benchmarks from public statistical agencies in Canada, sports unions, and industry bodies, we combine qualitative and quantitative methods to measure and understand team performance through our Team Work Index.

Team work & Sports Analytics

Our sports analytics work applies the Team Work Index directly to competitive environments. Using performance data, roster continuity, coaching structures, and athlete development pathways, we evaluate how teams build cohesion and sustain results over time. By combining league data, organizational analysis, and on-the-ground observation, we help clubs understand what drives consistent performance and where structural changes can unlock competitive advantage.

Long-term cohesion

At the board and ownership level, our focus is long-term organizational cohesion. Strategy, governance, and leadership alignment determine whether performance can be sustained over multiple seasons or business cycles.
